This packaging & filling system adopts a single-hopper granule packaging machine. It needs to manually put the packaging bag on the discharge port and turn on the bag clamping switch. After receiving the bag clamping signal, the computer control system controls the air cylinder to drive the bag clamping machine. Bag and control the feed at the same time. The particulate matter in the silo is sent to the measuring hopper. When the weight reaches the preset target weight, the feeder stops feeding, and the bag clip automatically opens, and the filled packaging bag automatically falls on the conveyor belt and is transported to the seaming machine for automatic packaging.
